As part of his MSc in Organizational Behaviour at Birkbeck College, London, Ian is conducting a research programme into the organizational relationship between the use of email/BlackBerry and work-place stress. This is a new and potentially revealing piece of research.
You are welcome to participate in the programme by completing the short online survey which comprises 21 multiple choice questions. The survey can be accessed here.
I am also deploying customised versions of the survey within organziations of different sizes. Participating organizations will get feedback on their results and benchmarking with other organizations on a non-chargeable basis.
