The Information Overload Programme

Information Overload Audit: Online employee survey to guage levels of information overload, detailed understanding and quantification of issues
Interviews: senior manager in-depth interviews on a confidential basis to understand the issues from the perspective of the organisation’s leaders
Facilitated focus Groups: Broader coverage of organisation and capture of experience from rank-and-file team members
B. Analysis & Report
Analysis of audit output informed by distillation of focus group discussions.
C. Solution
Leadership Team Workshop: Agree organisational code for use of information technology. Formulation and roll-out of organisation-wide programme
Programme Launch and Roll-Out: Includes components such as team sessions or “train-the-trainer”. Customised online guide for individuals.
